The Summer of Wellbeing Festivals are back in east Tower Hamlets.
Join us this August for four free community festivals, each taking place in a different neighbourhood. Expect music, creativity, children’s activities and plenty to explore. You’ll also have the chance to discover local activities, groups and support available all year round.
Each festival has its own character, but you’ll find the same warm welcome, free activities and opportunities to discover what’s happening nearby.
Come on your own, bring a friend, tell your neighbour or bring the kids. Everyone is welcome.
No need to book or register at any of the events. Just turn up and enjoy the day.

Why we do this
A community arts project, a social prescribing programme, a local support group are the kind of things that can help you feel good, stay active, or just feel a bit less alone. But only if you know they exist.
The festivals are our way of bringing local organisations out into the community. And while the kids are off bouncing on the bouncy castle or getting their faces painted, you might just discover a helpful activity, a group or a service you never knew existed.
