Come and join us at the Linc Centre for a mid week Yoga class. It’s a relaxing, energising and friendly class with low intensity exercise that helps you stretch, destress, and improve your flexibility. How much does it cost?
The class is £1 a session and you will need to pay for a term in advance (usually not more than £12.00).
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes! We prefer it if you book a term in advance; Sept - Christmas, Jan - Easter, Easter - summer holidays, because it increases commitment to the sessions. You can alternatively just come on the day, but if full you won't be able to join in the session.
Are there shower facilities?
What should I bring?
Comfortable, loose clothing and water. We have mats that you can borrow, but if you have your own then please feel free to bring it along with you.
