Poplar Union’s Women’s Health Class is a fun and informative session covering nutrition, exercise, mental wellbeing and more, all within a supportive and welcoming environment.
Guided by Tahmina Hakimova-Rees, a certified Menopause Yoga teacher and Breathwork & Meditation practitioner, each session offers women the chance to reconnect with their body, breath and inner peace.
Suitable for all fitness levels, the class is especially designed for those who prefer not to exercise in a mixed environment, or who are on a low income and referred by a health practitioner.
Participants are encouraged to complete the registration form in advance to avoid any delays on the day.
Sessions are free if you are eligible.
