Winter Health Fair- Communities Keeping Well

Saturdays, 11:00am–1:30pm
St Matthias Community Centre, 113 Poplar High Street, E14 0AE

This is a one-off event taking place on Saturday 7 November.

Come along to the Winter Health Fair and find out what’s happening in your local community.

Organised by Communities Keeping Well, this free event brings together local activities, health information and community organisations.

You can find out about free activities including gardening, Pilates, exercise and cooking, enjoy a range of health checks, pick up some useful information and meet local groups.

There’ll also be hot food and plenty of opportunities to chat and find out what’s available in your area.
