Pilates
An all over body workout with a specific focus on the core and spinal health.
Please note, there will be no Pilates session on the 11th October.
The lesson involves standing sequences for balance and posture, we then move to the mat for a series of sequences targeting the abdominals, spinal stability and gluteal strength. We end the class with a deep relaxing stretch and some breath work.
Sessions cost £10.

Yes.
What is the refund policy?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund for the classes booked in advance. If you are unsure about making the class you can pay at the door.
Can I bring children?
Unfortunately, no. The sessions are for 18+
