Free fitness and wellbeing workouts at Aberfeldy Health and Wellbeing Centre.

These body conditioning classes for women offer a fantastic way to boost mental wellbeing and stay motivated.

Led by a qualified NHS wellbeing instructor, these sessions combine strength, endurance, and flexibility exercises to help participants feel their best, inside and out.

Typically including a mix of bodyweight exercises, light resistance training, and stretching, the classes are designed to be empowering, supportive, and welcoming to women of all fitness levels.

I haven't exercised for ages! Can I still join in?

Yes! It's never too late to start, and the instructor can adapt exercises to suit individual abilities, so don't worry.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

Just wear something suitable and comfortable to move in. Any other equipment will be provided during the lessons.
