Bereavement Support Group

Fridays, 9:30am–11:00am
Island House Community Centre, E14 3PG

Please note: The group meets monthly, on the last Friday of each month.

Join our welcoming peer support group for people navigating loss and grief. We meet on the last Friday of every month in a friendly, understanding space where you can talk about your experiences, share with others who understand, or simply listen if that’s what feels right for you.

There’s no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with. It’s a chance to connect with others, support one another and know you’re not alone on your journey through grief.
