These sessions are an uplifting blend of cardio, strength building and yoga for physical and mental wellbeing.

Bring or wear comfortable clothing you are able to move in, and some bottled water to drink.
Can I bring a child along?
These sessions are aimed at adults.
I'm not fit at all, can I still come?
Yes! The instructor will be able to tailor exercises to suit any fitness level.
