Summer of Wellbeing

Festivals are back! Explore wellbeing services while enjoying a fun day in Tower Hamlets this summer.

Get ready for another round of fantastic festivals!

After the success of last year’s events, we’re teaming up again with Tower Hamlets’ brilliant health and wellbeing partners and community organisations to bring you an even better experience.

Join us for a fun day out, focused on your health and wellbeing, and let’s celebrate together as a community.

What can you expect at the festivals?

At the festivals, you’ll find all the usual fun activities like bouncy castles, face painting, music, soft play, and tasty food. But there’s more! You’ll also have the chance to connect with local services that focus on your health and wellbeing.

What exactly are health and wellbeing services?

When we think about health, we often think of doctors and medicine, which are definitely important. However, there are other ways to improve our wellbeing too. For example, you can find support if you’re feeling down or anxious, learn how to make healthier meals, discover enjoyable ways to stay fit and active, or simply meet and make friends with people who share your interests.

Tower Hamlets is home to many groups and services dedicated to health, wellbeing, and community. They’ll be at the festivals, ready to help you find something that will make you feel your best!

Who will be at the festivals?

The festivals wouldn’t be possible without all of these local organisations and groups.
If you saw something you liked at the festivals, make sure to check out their websites!
