Line Dancing for older people provides the heart-healthy benefits of an aerobic exercise while also allowing you to engage in a social activity. This is especially stimulating to the mind and encourages social interaction, reducing the risk of isolation in old age. It’s medium intensity and the session can be adapted to your ability and needs, so don’t be scared to join up!
Feel free to bring friends but no partner is necessary as you will all dance in a group.
