A free weekly women-only class designed to be fun and energising. You’ll move through a series of short exercise stations, or “circuits,” trying different activities that work your whole body.
It’s a great way to explore what exercise feels good for you, build strength, boost your mood, and meet other women in a supportive setting.

What does “circuits” mean?
Circuits are short exercise stations where you do different movements one after the other. It’s a way to work your whole body and keep the class fun and varied.
Do I need to be fit already to join?
Not at all. The session is open to all fitness levels and you can go at your own pace.
Do I need to bring anything?
No, just wear comfortable clothes you can move in and a pair of trainers so you don't slip. Other than that it's good to bring some water to stay hydrated.
