Your questions answered
Can I bring my child along?
These sessions are designed as time for mothers to focus on themselves, so it’s usually best to come on your own. If you have questions or need to talk this through, please get in touch by email.
I’m not at all creative - will I be able to join in?
Yes! You don’t need any creative experience. There’s no right or wrong way to take part - it’s about expressing yourself and telling your story in your own way.
How much does it cost?
The workshops are free to attend, and there will be some materials for you to use.
