Walks, fresh air and friendly conversation.
Take a stroll, have a chat, and meet other parents who want a relaxed way to boost wellbeing.
If you want to join in, meet outside the Costa Coffee on Roman Road.
Optional: after all that walking and talking, the group like to grab some food afterwards at The Common Room
The walking sessions are free.

If you can only join in for a while, it's fine! It's a relaxed group, join for however long you can.
Do I have to go for lunch after?
Not at all, there's no pressure to join for lunch.
Is it ok to come for the walk with my buggy?
