Designed to help align your body along with breathing techniques and deep relaxation, yoga can be beneficial to one’s mental health as well as physical health.

Yoga improves strength, balance and flexibility. Slow movements and deep breathing increases blood flow and warms up the muscles, whilst holding certain poses can build strength. This session is the perfect way to help you destress at the end of the day.
