This aerobics class held once a week is a women only session. It’s suitable for all abilities, so if you’re finding aerobics a little intimidating or aren’t sure where to start, this might just be the perfect class for you. It’s a great class to help improve your overall fitness levels.

How much does it cost?
£1 per session payable to the tutor at the session.
Do I need to book in advance?
Advance booking is not required but please arrive a few minutes prior to the start of the session to ensure you get a space and are ready to start promptly. Only limited spaces available and we cannot guarantee that you will be able to participate if you are late or if the class is full.
Are there shower facilities?
Unfortunately there are no showers or changing rooms onsite.
What should I bring?
Please wear comfortable clothing and suitable shoes or bare feet.
