Toddler Yoga seeks to support the wellbeing of the adult and the healthy development of the child through a playful interaction between adult and baby. These sessions consist of a combination of movements, stretching, games, and songs to encourage children’s self-expression, confidence and awareness. Toddler Yoga provides a great opportunity for adults to exercise whilst having fun with their children.
Classes are informal and relaxed: parents and carers are free to feed, soothe, and change babies whenever necessary. It is recommended to rest for approximately six weeks after giving birth (or eight weeks post-caesarean) – however, everyone is welcome. It is a great opportunity to connect with other parents and also benefit from breathing and relaxation practices. No previous experience of yoga is necessary; beginners are very welcome!Report incorrect information
