These sessions consist of a combination of movements, stretching, games and songs to encourage children’s self-expression, confidence and awareness. Toddler Yoga provides a great opportunity for adults to exercise whilst having fun with their children.

Alice started yoga as a teenager, later qualifying with the British Wheel of Yoga and gained a 500 hour diploma. Since becoming a mother, she also became an antenatal, postnatal, baby and toddler yoga teacher.
In her toddler yoga classes she creates a space where both adult and child can play together exploring their creativity, self-awareness and movement whilst having fun.
From January 2019, Alice will be on maternity leave and Eleonora will be covering these Toddler Yoga sessions.
Eleonora trained with Rainbow Yoga Kids London and has a cache lev2/3 in early years education, a paediatric First Aid certificate and full DBS checks. She currently teaches in five different nurseries around London and in one primary school. She also hosts a family yoga class every other Sunday.
During her Bimbo yoga session, toddlers and adults will go on magical journey, singing songs and doing breathing exercises with colourful and stimulating props.
In Bimbo yoga there are no right or wrong poses. It’s just a fun way for children and their carers to improve flexibility, coordination and self-esteem.
