What should I wear?
Something comfy and loose, suitable for exercising and stretching out. Footwear, go for trainers or something similar
So what are the health benefits if I come along?
Regular exercise & downtime helps with a whole host of things including:

Yes, £10 per drop in session. We do have a limited number of discounted places too for those on low income.
