Shotokan Karate (Veras Academy)
For more information please contact Raphael on 07886495135.
This class is for children aged 5+, beginners to advance karate. A beginner is a white belt, and once graded the fist belt is 9th Kyu. The session starts with warm up exercises, followed by teaching techniques including stances, punches, blocks and kicks. Once techniques are honed, a detailed choreographed pattern of movement is practised.
The class covers all abilities, so don’t worry if you’ve never practised karate before! We have students from 4 years old to 65 years old, so age is not a barrier.Report incorrect information
