The benefits of Pilates are many. For new mums, it targets the pelvic floor muscles, among others, that have been stretched during labour. All non crawling babies are welcome and this class is suitable after six week GP check.
Antenatal class: 9.30 – 10.30 am
Social Drop-In: 10.30 – 11.15 am
Postnatal class: 11.15 – 12.15 pm
