You know that holey jumper you’ve been meaning to mend but your sewing skills just aren’t quite up to scratch? Or are you still paying for someone else to repair the inner tube of your bike wheel? Perhaps you want to start an indoor herb garden but don’t know your thyme from your basil?! We’ve got you sorted with this new, community-lead fortnightly skill swap!
What to expect
Each fortnight, a member of the community will volunteer two hours of their time to teach some of life’s most handy skills. Attendance at these laid back, informal sessions is free, the idea being you ‘pay-it-forward’ by volunteering to share one of your own nifty talents by leading a future skill-swap.
We’ve all got tips and tricks and skills to be swapped so what’s yours? Come down and share it!
