This gentle Pilates class is designed to strengthen your back, pelvic floor and legs, tone your abdominal muscles while also improving your energy levels and boosting your well being.
What to expect
In Pilates, you emphasize precision and control over a range of movements, offering each and every muscle and bone the attention they deserve. Each exercise is adapted to suit beginner, intermediate and advanced participants. Christine uses modifications to best target overlooked, deep stabilizing muscles to which we owe postural alignment.
In particular, stretches are interwoven in the sequence to prepare for and recover from mobilization. A great way to relieve tension in the upper back, neck and hip flexors.
Christine is a qualified fitness and exercise instructor. She attends many professional workshops, including Fit Pro Live Conventions, to improve and enhance her professional development and is a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs). Christine is the director of her own business ‘Walk In And Workout’ . Christine teaches a broad range of fitness classes which include Pilates, Parent & Toddler Fitness, Buggy Exercise, Body Conditioning, High Intensity Interval Training and Fitness for Weight Loss which encompass elements of mindfulness as well as advice about nutrition and wellbeing.Report incorrect information
