Learn to listen, pay attention to yourself, and explore how you move in a small, supportive and friendly class.
Sessions can take place either lying on floor, sometimes sitting or standing, with each individual adopting a comfortable position in order to enjoy the process of moving. The teacher will suggest a sequence of movements for the student to explore and discover how the movement itself takes place. A feature during the session is the emphasis on moving slowly and gently, done in the spirit of exploration, so no two repetitions should feel the same.

How much does it cost?
The class is £5 per session with a concessionary rate of £3 per class.
Do I need to book in advance?
No, we're a drop in class so just come along!
Are there shower facilities?
What should I bring?
Something comfortable that will keep you warm (like an extra pair of socks or scarf) as the slowing down process will cause a cooling down of your body. We have a range of yoga and pilates mats that you may use, but if you have and prefer to use your own, then please bring it with you.
