Meno Me is open to all women but especially welcomes those interested in or experiencing Peri/Menopause. Our small, supportive class will combine exercise, downtime and chat. You’ll learn snippets of information to help keep you goal focused on why you need this in your life!

What should I wear?
Something comfy and loose, suitable for exercising and stretching out. Footwear, go for trainers or something similar
So what are the health benefits if I come along?
Regular exercise & downtime helps with a whole host of things including:

How much is it?
We're suggesting a £3 donation per session, this helps support the work and provide refreshments.
