Never ridden a bike or feeling out of practice?
These women only Learn To Ride sessions are here to help you build confidence and feel safe on two wheels!
Led by friendly female instructors and ride leaders, these sessions are a fun, supportive way to get active, enjoy the fresh air, and focus on your health and wellbeing. You’ll also have the chance to connect with others in a welcoming, social group.
Bikes are provided free of charge for the sessions, so everyone can join in.
