Come along and enjoy Georgia’s cooking and nutrition classes where you can learn new skills and create your very own delicious, guilt free meals! Tailored specifically for the Poplar community, each week Georgia will cover relevant themes such as cooking healthily and staying hydrated during Ramadan, swapping children’s sweets for fruity treats and easy ways of avoiding sugar for a healthier diet for older participants.
Sessions are hands on and interactive, so come along ready to get involved, learn and make new friends along the way!
Georgia is a qualified and registered nutritionist with the Association for Nutrition. She has a background in teaching and working with groups of all ages and families. Georgia is passionate about food and cooking and believes that healthy eating can be achieved in a fun, easy and very tasty way!
