This workshop takes place on the 24th of May, and uses discussion and stories to explore the Five Ways to Wellbeing which have been shown to help us to stay well both mentally, emotionally & physically. It has proven to be of help to everyone in making changes in their daily lives that bring more happiness and contentment and a way of coping with life’s ups and downs more positively.
