As a calmer way to exercise, these chair based classes will help you relax, get fit, improve wellbeing, and expand your knowledge of health and nutrition.

Whether you require a wheelchair, have a disability, or have age associated mobility issues, nobody should be denied the opportunity to exercise and improve their health and wellbeing.

Participants will enjoy a 30-minute chair based exercise class, followed by relaxation and meditation, and finish with a tutorial on healthy eating, nutrition and the body, all lead by experienced health practitioner, Kealy Squires.

The workshops will include educated physical activity sessions which embrace the principles of nutrition and how the two components work in synergy together. The classes are fun and educational, explaining how implementing the correct exercise and nutrition can prevent or reverse medical conditions. There will also be the option to meditate at the end of the class; great for awareness and relaxation.

About the Facilitator

Kealy Squires is a qualified GP referral instructor, exercise specialist and is experienced in programming classes and supervising exercise for disabled clients.
